Content & Likeness Policy

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for Your Content, prompts, and outputs. Before uploading, generating, publishing, or sharing content through EaseGen, you must have all rights, permissions, releases, consents, and lawful bases required for your use.

2. Faces, Voices, and Biometric Information

Do not submit or generate content that uses a person's face, voice, likeness, or biometric information unless you have that person's clear permission and any other rights required by law. Do not use EaseGen to impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, or misrepresent a person.

• Do not create non-consensual intimate, sexual, or exploitative content involving any person.
• Do not create content that falsely depicts a person engaging in illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or materially misleading conduct.
• Do not use a minor's likeness, voice, or personal information in sexual, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful content.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use EaseGen to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, threatens violence, facilitates wrongdoing, contains malware, exploits a child, promotes terrorism, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our providers' applicable rules.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict generations, suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, or report activity where we reasonably believe this policy, the Terms of Use, provider rules, or law has been violated. We may act without notice when necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse.

5. Reporting

To report suspected misuse, impersonation, rights infringement, or non-consensual likeness content, contact support@easegen.ai and include enough detail for us to investigate.
