Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Subscriptions, credit packs, consumed credits, and generation charges are generally non-refundable once purchased or used. Credits are a prepaid right to access the Services and do not have cash value.

2. Limited Exceptions

We may review a refund request where:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a technical error;
• a purchase was not authorized and you promptly notify us with reasonable supporting information;
• a paid service was unavailable due to an EaseGen technical failure and we could not reasonably restore the unused service; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

3. What Is Not Refundable

We do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, did not use purchased credits, obtained an output you did not like, selected an unsuitable model or setting, failed to review model requirements, or had an issue caused by your device, connection, submitted content, or a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

4. How to Request a Review

Send the request to support@easegen.ai within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email, transaction or invoice identifier, charge date, amount, and a concise explanation. We may request further information to prevent fraud or investigate the issue. A request does not guarantee approval.

5. Chargebacks

Before starting a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can review the issue. Where a payment dispute is filed, we may pause account access or credits associated with the disputed payment while the matter is resolved.

6. Changes

We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
