Terms of Use
The rules for accessing EaseGen, purchasing credits, using AI models, and creating content responsibly.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using EaseGen, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Content & Likeness Policy. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and must use the Services only in compliance with applicable law. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.
2. The Services
EaseGen provides tools that allow you to submit prompts and media, select third-party AI models, and receive generated outputs. AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing, or using them.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@easegen.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Services.
4. Your Content and Outputs
You retain any rights you have in Your Content. Subject to these Terms, EaseGen assigns to you any rights it may have in outputs generated for your account, except where prohibited by law, restricted by third-party provider terms, or where an output contains third-party rights. Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, or suitable for any specific purpose.
5. Permission to Operate the Service
You grant EaseGen and the providers working on our behalf the limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify Your Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the operation of the Services. This permission ends when Your Content is deleted, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, evade safety measures, interfere with the Services, or create or distribute prohibited content. The Content & Likeness Policy is part of these Terms and gives additional rules for personal likenesses, biometric information, and sensitive content.
7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Payments
Credits, subscriptions, pricing, model availability, and generation costs may change from time to time. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable unless we expressly allow it, and may expire as stated at purchase or in the applicable plan terms. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Your purchase is also subject to the Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
EaseGen and its branding, software, interfaces, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we retain all rights in the Services. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, resell, scrape, or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free results, output accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseGen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
10. Changes, Suspension, and Contact
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services when reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date before it takes effect. Contact support@easegen.ai with questions about these Terms.
