This Privacy Policy explains how EaseGen handles personal information and creative content when you use our website, studio, accounts, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). "Your Content" means prompts, uploaded images, videos, audio, reference materials, generated outputs, and related metadata.

2. Information We Process

We process information needed to operate the Services, including account details, contact details, authentication information, payment and subscription records, device and usage data, support messages, and Your Content. We may process information about people shown or heard in Your Content, including facial images, voices, and likenesses, when you submit it or request a generation that uses it.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the Services, authenticate accounts, run generations, administer credits and subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability and usability of the Services.

4. Model Providers and Service Providers

EaseGen brings together models supplied by third-party providers. When you select a model, we may send the prompts, settings, and media required for that generation to the relevant provider. That provider may process the information under its own terms, privacy notice, retention practices, and applicable law. We also use vendors that help us provide hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, payments, security, and communications.

• We share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
• Third-party model providers are independent parties; their handling of Your Content may differ by model and provider.
• Do not submit content to a model unless you are comfortable with the applicable provider terms.

5. No Training of EaseGen Models

EaseGen does not use Your Content to train EaseGen models. This commitment does not change the separate practices of a third-party model provider selected by you; review that provider's terms and privacy notice before using its model.

6. Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate operational, legal, security, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may delete your account at any time through account settings when available, or by contacting us at support@easegen.ai from the email address associated with the account.

• After a deletion request is verified, we will delete or de-identify account profile data, stored projects, uploads, generated outputs, and associated account data within a reasonable period.
• We may retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, payment and tax records, legal claims, or enforcement of our agreements.
• Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being automatically overwritten.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure; do not submit information that you are not permitted to share.

8. Your Choices

You may update account information, opt out of non-essential marketing messages, request access to or deletion of personal information where applicable, and contact us about privacy requests at support@easegen.ai. Additional rights may be available depending on where you live.

9. Changes and Contact
